He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo Luttrell and Lola Johnson Luttrell; and his son Kenny Luttrell. He is survived by: his wife Lena Clements Luttrell of Russell Springs; his children, John Luttrell (Erin) of Russell Springs and Diana Porter (Allen) of Russell Springs; his grandsons, Zach, Nick, Wes, Luke, Noah and Aidan; and his brothers-in-law, Kent Clements (Kathy) of Liberty, Brent Clements (Tracey) of Windsor and Phillip Clements of Waddy. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
