He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Flanagan and Zilpha Stephens Flanagan; his wife Faye Flanagan; and his brothers, Eathel Flanagan and Floyd Flanagan.
He is survived by: his sister Sue Barr of Jamestown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; many cousins; his church family and friends; his little dog.
