We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 68, Jack Phillips (Russell Springs, Kentucky), born in Pennington Gap, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Wayne Phillips; his wife Lucy Phillips; his daughters, Danielle Webster and Bridgett Phillips; and his brothers, Bryan Phillips and Ricky Phillips.

He is survived by : his mother Emily Tankersley Harris of Russell Springs; his daughters, Ashley Hartman of Russell Springs and Myra Noffsinger (Bill) of Hamersville, Ohio; his siblings, Jeff Phillips (Donna) of Amelia, Ohio, Denise Harris of Russell Springs, Melissa Voils (Tommy) of Russell Springs and Krista Meece of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Michael Webster, Laney Noffsinger and Caylee Graham; his great grandchild Riley Webster; and his niece Jessica Gossage.
