He was predeceased by: his wife Nadine England Womack. He is survived by: his children, Joe Womack (Tanya) of Russell Springs and Johnna Bolin (Ronnie) of Russell Springs; and his grandchildren, Justin Womack, Jason Womack, Rachel Bolin and Will Bolin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 226 Jamestown St, Russell Springs, KY 42642. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
