He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Gladys Ruby Roy Luttrell. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rexroat Luttrell of Russell Springs; his children, Jamie Luttrell (Rick) of Bowling Green and Jody Mann (Teddy) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Chance Mann (Haley), Jasmine Milam (Sam), Chanlar Mann and Luke Luttrell; his great grandchildren, Milly Milam and Jack Milam; and his siblings, Junia Luttrell of Russell Springs and Anna McDonald of Russell Springs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
