It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lauren Cortney Johnson of Russell Springs, Kentucky, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brothers, Waylon Polston and Dylon Johnson; and her grandparents, L. C. and Wanda Johnson. She is survived by : her parents, Jerry Keith Johnson of Russell Springs and Annette Hart Johnson (Rick Selby); her sister Megan Johnson of Russell Springs; her fiancé Seth Wade of Russell Springs; her children, Camdynn Johnson, Jasper Johnson and Kayden Wade; and her grandparents, Keith and Georgene Hart of Russell Springs.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, Kentucky 42503. Donations may also be left at the funeral home.
