She is survived by: her friend Ann; her husband Bill Bailey; her children, Kevin Bailey (Mary Lynn), Kristi Tigue (Michael) and Kenny Bailey (Ellen); her grandchildren, Whitney Ellis (Adam), Bryce Bailey (Nicolette), Tyla Bailey, Bailey Tigue (Kayla), Hugh Tigue, Chloe Tigue, Lily Tigue, Samuel Bailey, Seth Bailey and Silas Bailey; her great grandchildren, Landri, Livy, Huck, Ann, Braxton, Jayce, Jack, Evie James, Silas, Annabeth and Jackson; and her siblings, George Thomas Burnette, Jimmy Burnette, Ralph Burnette, Eddie Burnette, Juanita Dale, Virge Odle, Janell Baumgartner and Vickie McLerran. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, treasured friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A memorial service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made as donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503.
