He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Whittle Eastham and Kirby Eastham; his son David Eastham; and his sister Phyllis Holder. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Eastham; his children, Jason Eastham of Russell Springs, Amy Eastham of Russell Springs and Amber Grippe (Brian) of Russell Springs; his sisters, Gayla Sue Kerr of Russell Springs, Treva Meirose (Roger) of Ohio and Tina Milliner of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, David Eastham, Jr., Dakota Eastham, Madison Snow and Maxton Grippe; and his great grandchild Jayden Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to offset the cost of funeral expenses.
