He is survived by: his siblings, Boyd Dick (Debbie) of Winchester Ky, Doug Dick (Sandy) of Lexington Ky, Margie Withers of Somerset Ky and Mildred Magruder (Larry) of Ellenton Florida; Renae and Stacy Grant.
