He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Keith and Pearlie Bradshaw Keith (Bradshaw); and his grandson Adam Keith. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Keith (Maupin) of Jamestown, KY; his children, Renea Keith (Robert Myers) of Albany, KY, Wayne Keith (Jean) of Russell Springs, KY, David Keith (Kathy) of Columbia, KY. and Timmy Keith (Rebecca) of Columbia, KY.; his grandchildren, Jeannie Smith (Daniel), Amanda Taylor, Robbin Stilts (Jason), Brent Keith (Misty) and Bethany Keith; his great grandchildren, Aaran (Madison), Trayton, Issac, Devan, Hannah (Ethan), Katie, Austin, Luke and Lexie Grace; and his great great grandchildren, Rush and Josie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel (202 N Main St, Jamestown, KY 42629). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location.
