He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo "Bouze" Wade and Zilpha Wilson Wade. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cheatham Wade; his children, Steven Wade and Courtney McQueary (Chris) of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Rachel McQueary, Dustin Wade and Desiree Wade; his great grandchildren, Iris Carlile, Nova Wade, Aries Wade, Lincoln Wade Nicely and Sawyer Wade Nicely; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Mike Egnew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the same location.
