Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ronnie Ashley Bernard of Russell Springs, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 7, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy Stephens Bernard; his pet Old Dutch; and his parents, Johnny Green and Martha Stephens Bernard. He is survived by: his sisters, Rosalie Loy (Arvis) of Jamestown, Donna Hopkins (Tony) of Mount Vernon and Connie Foster (Junior) of Russell Springs; his siblings' children, Jeron Loy (Jennifer), Beth Foster, Maria Bryant (Jamie), Ken Hopkins (Serenity), Bretta Foster, Bridget Clark (Stephen), Stephen Hopkins and Benjamin Foster (Jamie); and his close friend Joyce Martin. He is also survived by fourteen great nephews and nieces; one great-great niece.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lucinda Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Bernard Church of God.
