He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruby McQueary and Tina Flanagan McQueary; his son Mark McQueary; and his siblings, Vivian Eastham and Glenville McQueary.

He is survived by : his children, Vickie Richards (Dwight) of Jamestown, Darrell McQueary (Janet) and Timothy McQueary; his daughter-in-law Allison McQueary of Russell Springs; and his brothers, Ronald McQueary (Wanda), Larry McQueary (LaDonna) and Jimmy McQueary (Jeanie) of Russell Springs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
