She was predeceased by : her sons, Clint Stephens and Greg Stephens; her parents, Herb Oaks and Lillie Oaks; her husband Milburn "Pete" Stephens; her siblings, Jack Oakes, Glen Oaks and Darlene Ashford; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Stephens.

She is survived by : her children, Debbie Mann (Danny) of Russell Springs, Chris Stephens (Cindy) of New Boston, TX, Troy Stephens (Sylvia), Wesley Stephens of Lexington, KY and Missy Stephens of Russell Springs, KY.; her great great grandchild Ruth Ellen Oaks Stephens; and her grandchildren, Derek Mann, Jolene Mann, Adam Mann, Jared Stephens, Reneé Daffron (Wade), Jennifer Stephens, Haylee Stephens, Myra Stephens, Emma Stephens, Sydney Stephens and Lillie Stephens. She is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren.
