He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Ray and Hazel Lea Richards Pierce; and his brothers, Terry Pierce and Ken Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Patty Shaw Pierce of Russell Springs; his son Leonard Pierce (Betty) of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Hannah Renee Harell (Jared) of Russell Springs, Austin Anderson of Russell Springs and Emma Grace Sims (Gannon) of Russell Springs; his great grandchildren, Tinsley Jo Harell and Aspyn Ann Sims; and his sister Vickie Cain (Ted) of Russell Springs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503. Donations can also be made at the funeral home.
