Wayne Curry Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Wayne Curry (Russell Springs, Kentucky) is shared. Wayne, born on September 24, 1949, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Wayne will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Wayne by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Wayne is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Wayne’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Anderson Curry; and his sons, Mark Curry, Kyle Anderson Curry and Wesley Brown. He is also survived by three neighbor children.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Royville Friendship Church West Highway (2276 KY-80, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Wayne to Royville Friendship Church or to Gideon's International for bible placement.
