He is survived by: his children, Townia Mathews (late Dallon) of Russell Springs, KY, Dwight Kerr (Sandy) of Jamestown, KY, Delilah Mings (late Carl) of Columbia, KY, Tony Kerr (Jackie) of Jamestown, KY, Robert Allen Kerr (late Amy) of Russell Springs, KY and Tish West (Jeremie) of Russell Springs, KY.; and his siblings, Otis Kerr, Jeff Kerr and Ruth Hoover. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, along with many other relatives and friends.
