He was predeceased by: his father Aleck Dean; and his stepfather Donald Kirk. He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Kilburn Kirk of Ashland; his brothers, Rick Dean (Cheryl) of Greenup, KY and Terry Dean (Selma) of Ashland; and his close friend Annette Sue Haye of Russell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
