He is survived by : his children, Stephanie George (Jerry) and Scott Worthington (Yvette); his siblings, Larry Worthington (Karen), Chris Worthington (Lou), Rick Worthington (Mary), Dale Worthington (Karen), Harriett Messer (Dwain) and Mary Katherine Trimble (Rex); his grandchildren, Drew, Abby, Alyssa Williams, Destyni, Dylan and Elijah Worthington; and his friend Becky Kessinger.
