He is survived by: his children, Brandon Stephenson of Russell, Kentucky and Tracey Keith of Russell, Kentucky; and his siblings, Glen Stephenson (Nancy) of Worthington, Raymond Stephenson of Raceland, Kentucky, Bonnie Keeton (Jim) of Flatwoods, Betty Smith (Bob) of Flatwoods and Lorena Spainhower of Worthington, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
