She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bartholomew and Maud Cox Bartholomew; her brother Robert Bartholomew; and her husband Clyde Hover (Scott). She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Willard (Darryl) of Louisa and Tracy DeHaven (Michael) of Frederick, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Lacey Jolley (Hunter) of Boiling Springs, Ryann, Madison Willard of Louisa, Kentucky and Alex DeHaven of Linganore, Maryland.; and her sister Elizabeth Boyer of Lake Worth, Florida..
The family ask that in lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation in her memory to the Jean Hover Scholarship for Young Artists at the Willard Arts Academy in Louisa.
