He is survived by: his wife Leiane Bramblette Hale; his sons, Dwight Ryan Hale of Russell and Nathan Tyler Hale of Ashland; his grandson Bryson Elias Hale; and his siblings, Sheila Walker of Franklin Furnace, Marla Campbell of Catlettsburg, Charles Hale, Jr. of Rush and Dwayne Hale of St. Petersburg.
