The memory of Phyllis Maxine Lemaster of Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Clancy and Mary Douglas Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Lemaster; her children, Kenneth Scott Lemaster (Jeanie) of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Lisa Belt (Walter) of Flatwoods and Amy Salyers (Mark) of Raceland, Kentucky; her grandchildren, David Belt (Becky), Allison Mowery (Josh Bowling), Derek Smith, Kaitlin Bellanti (Chris) and Mason Salyers; and her great grandchildren, Gabby Mowery and Xavier Bowling. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
