It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose Collins of Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Peukert and Josephine Peukert; her husband Gail Collins; and her siblings, Harry, Carl, Elieen, Violet, Marion and Clara.

She is survived by: her son Douglas Collins (Cathy); her granddaughters, Jennifer Collins, Elizabeth Bell and Alicia Williams (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Stephen Colley (Ryan), Jacob Collins (Savannah), Austin Bell (Brittany), Braylon Lewis, Andrew Smith, Joshua Fannin, Alexis Fannin and Riley Williams; her great great grandchildren, Clyde, Douglas and Malcolm; and her caregiver Linda Collins.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Ashland Community Hospice.
