He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Timberlake and Ruby Timberlake (Cremeans); his wife Debra "Deb" Timberlake (Tackett); and his son Brad Roland Timberlake. He is survived by: his son Derek Ray Timberlake; his grandchildren, Aden and Harper; his daughter-in-law Tonya Abrams; and his daughter Sarah Smallwood. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to be made to the family to offset funeral costs.
