She is survived by: her sons, James Townsend (Marilyn) of Michigan and Dalvin Townsend (Lisa) of Russellville; and her siblings, Bobby Townsend of Michigan, William Townsend of Russellville, Tony Townsend of Michigan and Ruth Grinter of Russellville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 grandchildren.
