He is survived by: his wife Sandy West of Russellville, KY; his children, Jeremy Richardson (Amanda) of Greenville, KY, Billy Ray West Jr. (Andrea) of Russellville, KY, Devin Taylor West of Russellville, KY, Ashley Louis Meyer (Kim) of Franklin, KY and Brandy Nicole West of Russellville, KY.; and his siblings, Dale, David West (Vickie) of Russellville, KY., Kay Bobbett of Russellville, KY and Sheila Wisniewski (Robert).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
