He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredel Harper and Jeanette Roark Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, Honey Gogel of Louisville and Roxanne Warner (Jeff) of Drakesboro, Kentucky; and his sister Jenny Lynn Harper of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
