He is survived by: his wife Betty Stapleton; his son Adam Wayne Stapleton of Bowling Green; his siblings, James Stapleton of New York, Debbie Wallace (Keith) of Florida, Cathy Santocki (Ron) of Florida and Monika Dudley (Tom) of Florida; and his granddaughters, Emily and Molly.
