He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Barbra; his brother Phillp; and his children, Charles and Haley.

He is survived by: his wife Kyla; his children, Amanda, Jeremy, Amelia, Kari, Paige Abigail, Allison and Audrey; his grandchildren, Devyn, Coleson, Mia, Ethan, Dusti, Adalynn, Brodie, Kamyrn, Elizabeth, Kynlee and Alistair; and his great grandchild Cohen. He is also survived by wife, children, and grandchildren.
