He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ham of Russellville Kentucky; his children, Elizabeth Ann Steele of Greenville Kentucky and William Ham (Michelle) of Russellville Kentucky; and his siblings, Ann Harris (Don) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Billy Ham of Gallatin, Tennessee and Maurice Ham (Helen) of Danville Kentucky. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
