She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Renfro and Lucille Renfro (Bray); her husband Owen T. Sandlin; and her brother Walter Renfro. She is survived by: her children, Susan Hooper of Russellville, Barbara Woodward (Wayne) of Russellville and Tommy Sandlin (Dianne) of Benton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel (1600 Nashville St, Russellville, KY 42276). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (515 W 9th St, Russellville, KY 42276).
