Donna Rippy wrote a sympathy message

“Dearest Family, I can not express the sadness I feel for all of you in the loss of your loved one. I have known Patty for a long time and she was one of the sweetest , nicest people I have ever known. The last time I saw Patty was at the Rulers grocery store in Russellville. We chatted a bit then went on our way. I recall it was a cold day with a lot of wind . Little did I know that would be our last conversation. I saw Patty's name come up in obits and I thought no surely that is not our Patty that I see at Chandlers Methodist Church but unfortunately it was and is. I know the heartbreak of losing loved ones and I can sympathize with all the family and friends. It is with a sad heart that i send condolences for all of you concerning the loss of my sweet friend and your blessed Wife, Mother, Grandmother and family member. She is terribly missed by myself and I know all that knew her have a void in their lives which can not be filled. May God bless and hold each and everyone close in the following sad days and nights. I send many prayers for all of you for your peace and comfort. Patty's beautiful smile will light Heaven as she rejoices with the Angels above.”
