He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray M. Neely and Roxie Ann Anderson Neely; and his brother Ray V. Neely. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Sue Dunn Neely; his children, Donna Robertson (Timmy) of Russellville, KY, Tony Crafton (Judy) of Clyde Park, MT and Richard Crafton of Russellville, KY; his sister-in-law Sally Price Neely; his nephew Bryan Neely (Samone); and his niece Susan Lynn Neely Blanchard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
