He was predeceased by: his parent Claude Dillihay; and his daughter Melissa Alverson. He is survived by: his children, Shawn McKnight of Springfield, Aaron Dillihay of Radcliff, Kentucky and Lisa Knight Cage of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
