He is survived by: his children, Jay Mackey of Guthrie, KY. and Dawn Brumfield of Guthrie, KY.; his brother James Mackey (Sheryl) of Clarksville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Devanni Kitchen and Skylar Brumfield.
