With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Mitchell Higgins (Russellville, Kentucky), who passed away on January 25, 2020 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Michael Higgins, Jr. and Willette Higgins (Edwards). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Ann Higgins; his daughters, Juliea Higgins of Russellville and Jana Hullett (Dusty) of White House, TN; his siblings, Michael Higgins (Vicki) of Virginia Beach, VA and Michelle Melton (Will) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Bradley and Kinslee Hullett.

The family has asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
