She was predeceased by: her parents, William Floyd and Lily Amba Likins Klein; her husband Graham Smith; and her siblings, Keith Klein and Ruth Miles.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Smith of Owensboro and Steve "Smitty" Smith of Sacramento; her grandchildren, Logan Smith and Amber Smith; and her sister Martha Hope Peters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
