He was predeceased by : his parents, Buddy Miller and Dolly Miller; and his brother Steve Miller. He is survived by : his close friend Sarah Simmons; his children, Ashley Demoss (Jamie) and Eric Miller; his grandchildren, Stormie Saylor, Amy Vincent, Hanley Miller, Stiles Miller and Riot Miller; his siblings, Kim Hendricks (Gary) and Mike Miller; and his stepdaughter Beth Vincent.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bethlehem Cemetery (6314 KY-175, Bremen, KY 42325). A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the same location.
