He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur "Boots" Marshall and Dorothy Vance Marshall; and his sister Jill Marshall Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Gooden Marshall; his sister Janie Marshall Burgess (Brian); his stepchildren, Doug Burgess, Roy Burgess, Mary Beth White, Duane Neaves and Chris Neaves; his nieces, Sherry Simmons and Kimberly Greathouse; and his nephew Daniel Mullannix.
