He was predeceased by : his father Wiley Veston; his wife Wilma; and his sons, Mark Stone, Tommy Stone and Mann Stone.

He is survived by : his daughters, Renona Menser and Tracy Mitchell; his brother David Stone of Salem; and his grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Mitchell, Samantha Nicole Latham, Jon David Stone, Mark Anthony Stone, Joey Lee Stone and Michael Alan Stone. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
