He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbett Mullins and Beryl Egelston; his siblings, Paul Mullins, David Mullins and Betty Menix; and his grandson Andy Clemons.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mullins; his children, Bobby Mullins (Sandy) of Salt Lick, KY, Greg Mullins (Melody) of Salt Lick, KY and Melissa Mullins of Salt Lick, KY; and his sisters, Phyllis Byrd of Salt Lick, KY and Jeri Johnson of Winchester, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
