He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Guy McKenzie and Joyce McKinney McKenzie; his brother Kenny McKenzie; and his daughter Meredith Lynn Kissick. He is survived by: his son Terry Allen McKenzie; his siblings, Penny Stockdale (Ronnie), Darrell McKenzie (Donna), Joe McKenzie (Ginnie) and Forrest "Frosty" McKenzie (Chandy); his grandchildren, Justin McKenzie, Teisha McKenzie, Dalton McKenzie and Makenzie Kissick; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Hutson, Aurora Hall and Elsie Knipp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
