He is survived by: his wife Della Hardin; his daughters, Wilma West (Gary) of Stanton, KY and Terri Vance of Salt Lick, KY; his grandson Eli Vance (Nicole) of Owingsville, KY; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Madie Vance; and his siblings, Rosemary Mann of Lexington, KY, Nancy Omohundro (Rick) of Salt Lick, KY, Pat Skaggs (Herb) of Salt Lick, KY and Doug Hardin of Owingsville, KY..

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home (39 Main St, Salt Lick, KY 40371). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Bath County Memorial Gardens (Memorial Rd, Salt Lick, KY 40371).
