He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd G. Crisp and Dorothy Rebecca Thompson (Bollinger); and his siblings, Bobby Crisp and Diane Godwin. He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Ezell of Salvisa, KY and Donna Nelson (Rob) of Lexington, KY; his sister Connie Sedam (John); his grandchildren, Carrie Ellis (Luke), Madison Ezell (Robert) and Mackenzie Ezell; and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Hannah and Mathew Ellis.
