He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardie Cecil and Oralee Allen Patrick; his brother John Wesley Patrick; and his sister-in-law Linda Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Conley Patrick; his children, Jennifer Rudd of Salyersville and Stephen Ray "Steve" Patrick (Rebecca Howard Patrick) of Salyersville; his siblings, Kathy Puckett (Doug) of Salyersville, Randall Hubert Patrick of Salyersville and Donald Patrick (Debbie) of Salyersville; and his sister-in-law Minnie Pearl "Pudge" Patrick of Salyersville. He is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
