He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jackson and Leona Collinsworth; and his brothers, Kenneth Helton and Jackie Lee Collinsworth. He is survived by: his daughters, Lea Castle (Jason) of Georgetown and Kim Foster of Owensboro; his sisters, Joann Cox of Lexington, Caroline Sue Ward of Lexington and Glenna Kay Corman of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Tanner Foster, Alexis Castle, Avery Castle and Addison Castle.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Collinsworth Cemetery.
