He was predeceased by : his parents, Wishard "Bush" Howard and Catherine Allen Howard; and his brothers, Denny Howard and Dwayne "Nut" Howard. He is survived by : his siblings, Dora "Dodie" Montgomery of Salyersville and Darrell Howard (Karen) of Salyersville; and his nephews, Jerod Howard (Chasity) of Pikeville, Jordan Howard of Salyersville and James Montgomery (Shelby) of Salyersville. He is also survived by two great nephews and five great nieces, along with numerous extended family.
