He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marshall Mullins; his children, Justin (Jenna Mullins) of Salyersville, Amy Mullins (Jason Howard) of Salyersville and Jessica Mullins of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Elijah Mullins, Weston Mullins and Kaisen Mullins.
