He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Howard and Nancy Patrick Howard; and his siblings, Audie Howard Howell, Flora Kay Howard Preston and J. B. Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Murl Collinsworth Howard; his sons, David Neil Howard and BJ Howard (Santana); his siblings, Carl Jay Howard (Rhonda) of Salyersville and Patricia Vitatoe (Randy) of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Laken McDaniel (Jay), Patrick Howard and Benson Howard.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions can be made to the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
